Costas Theodorou is a high-quality fashion brand in Cyprus that includes well-known brands such as Camel Active, Samsonite, American Tourister, Tumi, Feretti, Secrid, and Himawari. We began by evaluating the brand’s current situation through in-depth research to understand the target audience, main challenges, and goals for our collaboration. We then identified personas, set communication objectives, and determined the most suitable communication channels for the brand to be active on.
Social Media Management
As part of our collaboration, social media management was a key tactic to target and attract potential customers, communicate with loyal audiences, and promote the brand’s products and values. We used Facebook, Instagram, and Google as our main social media channels. We consistently created and shared unique promotional, lifestyle, educational, and cultural content that stood out on each platform, including videos, stories, and albums. We also developed a scheduled monthly calendar to ensure consistent and effective social media management.
Reporting
Numbers matter (a looot!). Our performance executives were in charge of managing ads on social media and Google to increase purchases and reach the set goals of our client. We used technology to track the daily progress of our key performance indicators (KPIs) and shared reports with the team and the client. This helped us to make timely adjustments and optimizations to achieve our goals. We also created monthly reports that analyzed our results, extracted important conclusions on the progress, and identified areas for improvement.
