Ergo Group is a group of companies which specializes in both the retail and the contract market of imported fitted and loose furniture.
Our main goal for this group of companies was to establish a strong, ongoing brand presence both online and on social media in order to increase brand awareness, lead generation and sales.
This was a challenging undertaking as the company is made up of different brands, each with its own tone of voice and aesthetics, namely, Living Cyprus, Cucina & Cucina, B&B Italia Cyprus, Archlinea and Living Contract.

How we helped
Having executed an extensive research about the industry and the key players comprising it, we prepared a strategy for the company’s presence. It included information on buyers’ personas, more specifically, their characteristics and needs. Information was also given regarding each of the group’s brand along with work samples. The goal was to create consistency in their digital marketing strategy, something which was missing at the time.
We ran scheduled annual campaigns from time to time in order to attract new customers. These campaigns featured on Social Media, Google and YouTube ads.
A comprehensive and appealing website was designed to promote their different brands and provide information on their products and services. The website now serves as a common platform for all digital marketing activities such as e-books, blog articles, landing pages and forms.
Content Creation/Social Media Marketing
We created a consistent monthly plan consisting of interesting content based on life aspects that potential customers value. The content was divided into various thematical categories. This was done in order to better target their interest. We also organized video and photo-shootings in order to publish original content from the company.
