Mikel is a well known Brand for Coffee with more than 200 shops, producing 25 million cups of coffee every year. Our challenge was to promote and establish the Brand in the already crowded coffee market in Cyprus, using only Digital channels.

Digital Strategy

After executing research, we were able to develop a new online strategy for the Brand , mainly focused on social media activities, content, campaigns which included persona identification, , preparation of the types of content to be used for the brand’s channels and blog. Our main focus was to use lifestyle and educational content to attract the consumers /p>

The Brand needed a new website ti be used as a central channel to have our menu, store locations and blogs.
