Overview

Wok in a Box is an Asian restaurant that serves affordable, yet quality food. The main challenge we faced was the establishment of the restaurant’s presence in the digital and social media world, while shaping an identity that would differentiate them from similar restaurants. To that end, we focused on raising brand awareness, user engagement and, ultimately, orders through various digital marketing techniques.

The main challenge was setting up a website that would serve as a practical communication platform between customers and restaurant, as well as a website which could communicate their brand in a clever and appealing way.

Digital Strategy

Having executed an in-depth research, we developed a new online strategy which mainly focused on social media activities, content production and campaigns. It also included persona identification and content preparation for the brand’s channels and blog.

Content Creation / Social Media Marketing

We created a consistent monthly plan consisting of relevant and interesting content. The content needed to be highly engaging to people in order to inspire, motivate and encourage them to order. In order to achieve that, we tailored the content to the personas’ needs after having divided it in thematical categories. We also prepared original content, such as video and photo shootings in order to engage customers even more.
